No. Relivy does not provide diagnosis, treatment, couples counselling, or emergency support. AI responses may be inaccurate.

No. Relivy is a paid subscription with three plans: 1 month ($9.99 for the first month, then $49.99 every month), 3 months ($29.99, then $79.99 every 3 months) and 6 months ($39.99, then $99.99 every 6 months). The price and renewal terms are shown before you pay.

You can review and remove what Relivy remembers under Profile → Chat memory and delete journal entries at any time. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email [email protected].

To cancel your subscription, email [email protected] from the email address on your Relivy account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your first payment can be refunded within 14 days.
